'Toscane' _ 'Toscane' is a compact, upright, bushy, evergreen shrub with linear, aromatic, grey-green leaves, and, from late spring to early autumn, unbranched stems bearing dense spikes of tiny, fragrant, dark purple flowers topped with conspicuous, violet bracts.
 
English Lavender:-
A compact, bushy shrub to 1m tall and rather more wide, with narrow, aromatic, grey-green leaves. In mid- and late summer it produces long, unbranched stalks carrying short, dense spikes of fragrant, pale to deep purple flowers
